🌿 Niruja Teas Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every sip of your tea. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it better.

Returns

Because our teas are consumable wellness products, we’re unable to accept returns on opened items. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

We gladly accept returns if:

  • The item(s) arrived damaged or defective.

  • You received the wrong product(s).

  • The item(s) are unopened and in their original condition.

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To start a return, please email us at nirujateas@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo (if the product is damaged or incorrect)

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

If the item is not returnable but there was an issue (like damage or mix-up), we may offer:

  • A full refund

  • A replacement shipment at no extra charge

  • A store credit—your choice

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Sale items and promotional bundles are final sale and cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

  • We do not currently offer exchanges.
