SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. Our shipping methods are reliable and we ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. All our teas are packaged carefully to preserve their freshness. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will vary depending on your location. For any questions about shipping, please contact our customer support team. 

RETURN POLICY

At Niruja Teas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We guarantee our products for quality and freshness. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please reach out to us, and one of our Tea Specialists will assist you.  We have different policies fo ropened and unopened tea. The only teas that are not returnable are our sample bags.

​Returning Unopened Tea

For unopened tea, reach out to us within 30 days of purchase to initiate a return. We will send you a return shipping label to return the product. You will be responsible for packaging the product back up safely (we recommend you keep the original packaging the product was sent in for ease of return). Once we receive the returned product and verify it hasn’t been opened or used, we will initiate a refund less the return shipping charge.

​Returning Opened Tea
For opened tea, reach out to us within 30 days of purchase to initiate a return. We will send you a return shipping label to return the product. You will be responsible for packaging the product back up safely (we recommend you keep the original packaging the product was sent in for ease of return). You have the following refund options:

  • Receive a refund back to your payment method less a 25% disposal fee.

  • Receive Niruja Teas store credit back less a 15% disposal fee. 

​For all returns, please allow 3-5 business days after your return has reached our facility for us to complete the return process. After the return process is complete, we will refund the method of payment that was originally used to make the purchase. Depending on your payment method, refunds may take several business days to post to your account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@nirujateas.com
